After facing the steep ascent, but at the same time enjoying the wonderful panorama of Monte Albano and Monticino and after having crossed the village of Casola Valsenio, we will arrive at Palazzuolo sul Senio, a charming Tuscan village. From Palazzuolo we will climb the ascent of Passo del Carnevale to arrive to Marradi, a small town in the province of Florence: from Marradi, we will go back to Faenza, our route now will take us downhill through several small towns like Popolano, San Martino in Gattara and Fognano.
